2008 Spring/Summer League Application

Schedules will be chosen on a first-come, first-served basis. We will pick a night for the early session provided there is enough interest. If you would like to play the early session please mark that as your 1^st choice. The night chosen for the early session will start the regular session at 7:00PM.Please rank your preferences from 1-4 in the time slots allotted below (Please note that no time slots will be reserved until the team fee is paid in full):

The league dues are $70 per team per season (spring/summer & summer/fall). Each team member must be an East Portal Bocce Club Member. Please make checks payable to “EAST PORTAL BOCCE CLUB”. Send your team entry form and fee no later than February 16,2008 to the address below:
